Be fully conversant with all financial aspects of the role ensuring profitability, payroll and food controls whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction.Building and maintaining a team that succeeds and achieves. Using your experience you will promote training, development and grass root recruitment.Communicate and educate all F&B colleagues in how your vision is achieved.Responsible for the hygiene standards of the kitchen.Engagement with all areas within the property ensuing they are aware of the vison and expectation of your area of work.
