We’re looking for someone with experience in transactional finance or commercial recruitment to take over a warm, well-established desk. This desk is highly lucrative, backed by strong Group referrals and long-standing client relationships. Whether you’re interested in taking on team leader responsibilities or prefer to focus on running a solo desk and billing, we’d love to hear from you. About the role As Executive Recruitment Consultant at Four Squared, your responsibilities will include: Manage your own desk, meeting financial targets and KPIs. Leverage your recruitment experience and network to expand client and candidate connections. Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques, including social media, to attract new clients and candidates. Conduct business development calls, build relationships, and visit clients to understand their needs and work culture. Advertise roles, headhunt top talent, and match candidates using databases and your network. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for clients, handling all aspects from CV prep to interview organization. Negotiate salaries and terms, and provide market insights on recruitment trends, salary levels, and career progression. Help drive the performance of the team through motivation, KPI setting and leading by example. Drive the integration of the team with other FSR teams and network with the wider group of companies. About you Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment role. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload and meet targets. Experience of running successful social media recruitment campaigns. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Demonstrated experience in business development, particularly in generating job opportunities.
