As an Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience. Schedule:

Weekdays On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone No onsite holidays Rotating MOD weekend Requirements:

Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required) Management experience (Required) Minimum of 3 years experience in long-term care (Preferred) High school diploma (Required) Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) VA Medication Certification Course (Preferred) Essential Skills:

Budgeting, financial mgt, P&L, flex budget to occupancy Marketing and public relations Lead teams and develop people Regulatory compliance Strong communication skills (written, verbal) Flexibility Physical tasks (helping residents, emergencies) Customer service and resident-focused Problem-solving and decision-making skills Motivation and initiative Time management Conflict resolution Benefits Available:
