Location: London, United Kingdom; Berlin, Germany; Mainz, Germany; New Jersey, US | Full Time | Job ID: 8501 The Executive Director, Global Market Access and Pricing Oncology Antibodies and Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) (all genders) will lead all BioNTech's global market access and pricing strategies for our oncology antibody and ADC platforms both entering and in registrational phase trials across all tumor types. The role will also serve as the global market access and pricing strategy lead for our PD-L1 x VEGF bispecific antibody across all indications and combinations. Leading a small team of direct reports responsible for specific tumors and/or combinations, this role ensures alignment and optimization of product pricing across indications. The position will be responsible for identifying price and access requirements and influencing clinical development and medical/HEOR evidence generation strategies to deliver robust value evidence packages to optimize patient access to our oncology antibody and ADC medicines at prices reflective of their holistic value. Your key responsibilities are: Leading and prioritizing BioNTech's access and pricing strategy for both our PD-L1/VEGF bispecific antibody and our other antibodies and ADCs entering and/or in registrational phase trials. Providing access and pricing insights to inform both clinical development and medical/HEOR evidence generation strategies to deliver robust value evidence packages. Working in partnership with local market teams to ensure aligned local execution of global market access and pricing launch and negotiation strategy. Seeking insights and input from local market teams to global development and market access and pricing strategies for products entering registrational stage trials. Educating internal colleagues and senior business leaders on the global market access and pricing environment, including risks and opportunities, and actions that BioNTech can take to optimize patient access to our antibody and ADC medicines at prices reflective of their holistic value. Building and maintaining relationships with external individuals and bodies that influence value assessment and reimbursement decisions for our antibody and ADC assets (e.g., HTA agencies, think tanks, academics, policymakers, advocacy organizations). What you have to offer: Minimum 15+ years of experience working in global market access and pricing in pharmaceutical/biotech companies. Bachelor’s degree (required) and post-graduate (preferred) in relevant discipline including Health Economics, Health Policy, Health Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or MBA. Extensive experience developing successful global market access and pricing strategies that deliver optimal patient access to immuno-oncology medicines (PD-(L)1) at prices reflective of their holistic value including indication life-cycle management and combinations. Experience in successfully leading teams of global market access and pricing professionals. Deep knowledge of health technology assessment and payer organization methods and processes globally. Extensive network of established relationships with individuals and bodies that influence value assessment and reimbursement decisions.
