We are now seeking to appoint an Executive Director of Digital & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and leading organisational and system change that reflects the needs of the people we serve, aligning with the Trust’s strategic objectives to deliver high quality, financially sustainable, and effective care closer to the places where people live, learn and work. Overseeing the development of an aligned transformation capability, leveraging commercial, innovation, digital, data, technology and R&D capabilities while also ensuring appropriate mechanisms are in place to deliver safe and reliable services. Ensuring that the digital agenda is front and centre of our future thinking and that we are using data, knowledge, and technology to improve clinical and operating model design across the Trust. Using modern methodologies/thinking to support robust programme, project and product management, focusing on user centred design approaches that keep user experience and outcomes at the fore. Contributing to our system-wide transformation priorities, sharing knowledge, skills and capabilities to improve population outcomes, building collaborative and strategic partnerships across the health economy, and with local government and other statutory and voluntary sector organisations.
