Formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College, The Bedford College Group is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 18,000 students passing through our doors each year. Today, the Group is made up of a family of colleges across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, including Bedford College, Central Bedfordshire College, and Tresham College, among others. This is an exciting time for the group, we are committed to ensuring significant improvements to our whole college infrastructure and have ambitious plans for our estate with a large capital development programme planned. We are seeking an Executive Director of Education to join our Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an inspirational leader who can demonstrate their achievement and commitment to improve the quality of education throughout their career. You will provide a clear vision and strategies to enhance educational excellence and ensure staff embed this in all they do. Significant leadership experience within further education, with a focus on quality, standards and educational performance is essential.
