Formed in 2017 following the merger of two colleges, our client is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 18,000 students passing through their doors each year. This is an exciting time for the Group as they are committed to ensuring significant improvements to their whole college infrastructure and have ambitious plans for their estate with a large capital development programme planned.
Our client is seeking an Executive Director of Student Experience and Inclusion to lead and enhance the student experience across their diverse group of colleges. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to maximise student engagement, inclusion, support, and well-being. You will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in enhancing student services. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster a safe and positive learning environment, ensuring every student can achieve their full potential.
