Executive Head Chef

to lead the culinary operations at Stamford. This is a prestigious role managing a large, talented team across multiple sites, including a Chef Manager, Senior Sous, and a Sous Chef at the Sixth Form. You'll bring creativity and passion for fresh, high-quality food to deliver exceptional dining experiences for 900 pupils, staff, and special events. Key Responsibilities: Drive culinary innovation and ensure all dishes are crafted with taste and quality in mind. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, stock management, and supplier relationships. Lead and inspire a large team, ensuring collaboration and excellence across all kitchens. Deliver exceptional hospitality services, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Manage events and ensure seamless execution of catering for various functions. Qualifications

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally in a school or multi-site environment Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Expertise in fresh, seasonal, and innovative food preparation Strong knowledge of stock control, ordering, and kitchen management systems Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences Additional Information
