Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional techniques, ingredients, and modern interpretations
Ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams, ensuring consistent excellence in execution while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Skilled in managing high-end kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and maintaining strict health and safety standards
Expertise in creating refined, authentic, and innovative Japanese dishes that align with the restaurant’s upscale concept and exceed guest expectations
