Responsibilities:
Prepare Advertising & Promotion (A&P) materials. Implement marketing programmes. Organize and execute all sales and promotional activities to ensure sales targets are achieved as planned. Coordinate with the sales team to execute sales & marketing roadshows and events. Authority liaison on HIMS Developer License & Advertising Permit (DL&AP). Handle and coordinate all general administrative duties and requirements. Implement any and all related policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality Management System. Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a related field. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the property development sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage. Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends when required.
