The Role:
This role involves managing the pastry program, ensuring quality, developing new products, and overseeing operations. Key responsibilities include team training, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating across departments to optimize offerings and efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a professional pastry kitchen
Expertise in doughs, cakes, pies, and chocolate, with proficiency in recipe development, equipment troubleshooting, and cost management
Ability to work in demanding environments; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Dependable, hardworking, sociable, and friendly towards staff and guests
