To provide a high quality secretarial service in support of the Trust's HQ function, including diary and email management, preparation of agendas and papers, formal minute taking, typing/word processing of letters, memos, reports and other routine correspondence. Day to day diary management for up to two Directors, providing a comprehensive, high quality secretarial service, including typing/word processing of letters, memos, minutes, reports and other routine correspondence. Email inbox management, deal with routine responses and flag emails for attention as required. Undertake the preparation of agenda and papers, including formal minute taking and meeting notes at key meetings. Produce documents, charts, tables, databases etc., by use of Microsoft IT Packages, e.g. Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and efficient filing systems, including both paper and computerised systems ensuring strict confidentiality of identifiable information. Work on own initiative to manage, prioritise and delegate clerical tasks, as appropriate. Receive and make telephone calls, taking messages, dealing with enquiries appropriately and ensuring accurate and timely communication of messages. Provide cover for Director's Executive PAs in the Trust's HQ function as required. About us
