Serve as the gateway to the MD and CEO, managing communications and acting as the first point of contact for department heads and key stakeholders. Comprehensive Diary Management:
Coordinate and manage the MD and CEO’s calendars, making decisions autonomously to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal use of their time. Task Organisation:
Prepare, structure, and organise tasks for the MD and CEO, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of key projects and responsibilities. Department Liaison:
Engage with various departments to understand business needs and priorities, ensuring that departmental requests and concerns are communicated effectively to the MD and CEO. Meeting Preparation:
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes during key meetings, and ensure action items are followed up. Business Insights:
Collaborate with department heads to gather insights and provide the MD and CEO with updates on key business operations. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to represent senior leadership effectively. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and think critically. Experience in the food service or education sector is a plus but not required.
