We are now recruiting for an Executive Assistant (Personal Secretary) to join a dynamic and forward-thinking school trust. This trust is dedicated to providing outstanding education and opportunities for all students. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in leading the trust's strategic vision and daily operations.

The Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing communications and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations of the CEO's office. About You:

To thrive in this role, you will need: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, School Secretary, Legal Secretary, Medical Secretary, or in a similar high-level administrative role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. A professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Why Join Us?
