Executive Personal Assistant . This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and management abilities to support the primary individual in both business and personal affairs. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and ensuring team alignment while maintaining a professional demeanor. An interest in natural, organic products and sustainability is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Email Management & Communication:

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses. Represent the primary individual in email and other communications as needed.

Training Coordination & Process Improvement:

Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for team members. Continuously review and improve processes, creating detailed work guides to enhance efficiency.

Task Management & Accountability:

Oversee task assignments, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked. Keep the team on track by monitoring deliverables and addressing bottlenecks. Interact with suppliers to manage orders, inquiries, and other business needs. Organize files and maintain comprehensive records for seamless access and reference.

Personal Assistance:

Provide personal assistance, including scheduling, reminders, and managing personal tasks. Act on behalf of the primary individual in both business and personal matters, including making essential phone calls.

Requirements

Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with productivity tools. Solid math skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting. Exceptional organizational and management capabilities. Clean criminal record. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling tasks and solving problems. A genuine interest in natural, organic products and sustainability is a plus.
