As Executive Principal, you will provide strategic leadership across designated secondary schools in Birmingham while also serving as the principal of your base ‘home’ school. Who we’re looking for We are looking for a tenacious and driven leader with a proven track record of leading and supporting children to achieve outstanding results - someone who shares the trust’s vision and the belief that all young people, if nurtured and given the right opportunities, can achieve excellence in their academic studies and personal and leadership development. You will have: Degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status. Substantial experience of senior leadership and management within and across school settings. Experience of successful leadership of change management within a school. The ability to create, and secure commitment to, a clear vision for an effective and high achieving school.
