We are looking to recruit an additional Executive Principal to join our highly effective team which is collectively responsible for providing strategic leadership and holding overall accountability for standards and quality of education across our 17 schools. Each Executive Principal has responsibility for three or four schools within the Trust. You will need to be a qualified teacher with substantial experience of working at Principal or Associate Principal level in at least one secondary school. Experience of implementing systems and processes to aid learning, teaching and student development, as well as experience of analysing data to assess performance and design interventions are also essential. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills to be able to lead diverse teams effectively.
