We are recruiting for an Executive Search Consultant for our client’s in-house leadership recruitment practice that identifies, cultivates and attracts senior leadership talent to support the growth of global business.

The Executive Search Consultant plays a key support role within this team, partnering with business aligned leadership recruiters and Managing Directors in the identification of senior talent for critical leadership roles across the European region.

The Executive Consultant will be responsible for driving strategic hiring projects for both the immediate and future search requirements across the business.

This role will focus on the European Markets working within a well-established team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Position the department as a trusted partner by developing close trusted relationships with Managing Directors and Executive Recruiters
  • Conduct confidential research and talent identification assignments to identify best-in-class leadership talent for the business
  • Produce value adding market & competitor intelligence reports for hiring sponsors to influence targeted talent strategies
  • Proactively build talent pools of senior executives by directly engaging candidates through multiple channels to articulate the company value proposition
  • Assess candidate suitability against current and future hiring requirements, based on experience and skill based essentials aligned with the company leadership profile
  • Discover and exploit effective and sustainable talent channels to meet current and future leadership hiring needs.
  • Provide world class candidate experience to candidates/prospects and be the ambassador/custodian of the Talent brand
  • Managing multiple projects in parallel whilst ensuring that deadlines are achieved
  • Supporting the creation of presentations to showcase research findings as well as providing input at senior stakeholder meetings.

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Leadership Recruiting experience
  • Prior experience in External Executive Search or Agency recruitment is preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, working within a large, complex global business
  • Ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and recruitment managers
  • Previous experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the European professional services, Technology or Digital markets
