Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors. Develop strategies to expand client base and meet revenue targets.
Search Execution
Define executive search mandates and oversee the delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists. Guide research teams to identify top-tier talent aligned with client needs.
Market Expertise
Stay informed on industry trends and provide clients with strategic talent insights. Represent the firm as a thought leader through industry forums and publications.
Team Collaboration
Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a 360 or business developing recruitment role. Proven track record in interpreting data and deploying market insights. Preferable exposure to niche sectors and hands-on experience with retained assignments. Benefits
