Job Description Miratech is seeking an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. The purpose of this role is to contribute to business growth by driving strategic change, including corporate development and innovation, non-organic growth opportunities (M&A), top talent and leadership acquisition, and other activities. We are looking for a person willing and capable of working in a fast-growing environment.

Miratech's Executive Vice President is a member of the Executive Committee and a key business partner to the CEO, senior management, and a number of external parties. The Executive Vice President reports directly to the CEO. Responsibilities: Oversee various organizational development initiatives including M&A, equity partnerships, innovation management, operational improvement, change and transformation management, and/or the internal project office. Manage the office of the CEO and perform the duties of Chief of Staff including leadership development, and supporting the hiring and retention of key employees. Manage select strategic partnerships & alliances, and support selected strategic client acquisition and retention initiatives. Oversee and/or manage strategic projects including strategic planning and corporate transformation initiatives. Oversee and/or manage the advisory boards to the CEO. Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role. Seniority level
