Job Title: Paralegal - Private Client Team Our client, one of the leading firms in the north of Scotland, is looking to recruit a paralegal to join their private client team to focus on executry work. The team provides advice across the full spectrum of private client, including:
Advising on wills & executries
Wealth planning
Residential conveyancing
Tax advice
The role will include:
Administering executry estates and trusts
Drafting confirmation and IHT forms
Preparing executry accounts
General financial administration, including power of attorney and guardianship administration
You will have responsibility for your own caseload in conjunction with the partners and senior solicitors in the team and be comfortable dealing with clients. As well as having relevant experience as an executry paralegal, you must be committed to providing an excellent level of service to clients and be keen to progress your career in this sector.
