will join a small team responsible for the organization and efficient operation of both the exhibition award-related processes, including the planning, co-ordination delivery of the exhibition on site and of the ceremonies. The successful candidate will work closely with collogues as well as the marketing and sales team to ensure that all applications, documentation, and activities are completed on time and in accordance with guidelines. This role is essential for streamlining operations and ensuring that these prestigious events are delivered with precision. Role Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end operational process of the event operations, ensuring all deadlines are met. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Product, etc.) to gather relevant information, data, and content required Being a point of contact for both customers and the event team for operational tasks Track and manage timelines, preparing required documents, and ensuring they are delivered on time. Maintain and update a central database of opportunities, submission statuses, and results. Liaise and manage contractors and ensure their work meets our required standard Prepare regular reports on activity and outcomes to share with senior management and key stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact with external partners bodies, ensuring clear communication and understanding Respond to any queries from applicants and ensure the correct documentation is submitted. Coordinate and resolve any issues or challenges related to submissions, judging, or logistics. Maintain accurate records of all submitted awards, including entry forms, supporting materials, and any correspondence with award bodies. Assist in the coordination of award ceremonies and events, including logistics, attendee coordination, and promotional material preparation.
