Our client is currently looking for an exhibition designer with good commercial experience to join the studio team.
This company has a studio in America and they need a designer to service this location's design requirements. After the first month, you will be required to go to Massachusetts, about 3 hours from Boston, and spend around 6-8 weeks at this studio. You need to be able to drive for this option; clearly, all expenses for this part of the employment will be paid for by the company.
Around 75% of the work is kit systems, with the rest being bespoke in nature.
They are looking for a self-motivated, quick-to-learn exhibition designer who works well in a team environment.
CAD and 3D modelling experience is ideal. It would also be a bonus if you have some basic animation skills.
They work with FormZ (with Vray rendering) 3D modelling program, but this is not commonplace. However, many candidates that they have employed with 3DSMax or Cinema 4D have transitioned to FormZ easily.
As well as a full CV, please send 5 or 6 examples of work that we can present to the client. The best way to do this is in a PDF document, all in a single folder, no more than 5-9MB in size. For web positions, please provide 5 or 6 URLs of websites you have designed.
