The purpose of this role is to design interactive experiences, with all consideration given to the user and usability best practices, balancing those with business goals and technical capabilities. An Experience Designer is a creative problem solver, resolving any challenges a user may have with digital interactions through the use of best practices and proven methodology. Works closely with the Experience Design Director and the Senior Experience Designer to produce quality UX work using sketches, interaction models and user journeys, whilst documenting those interactions for visual designers and developers using prototypes or annotated wireframes as relevant. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams that include visual designers, copywriters, project managers, strategists, developers and QA. Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems. Contributes work to UX/UI deliverables in new business pitches as needed. Drives, defines and feeds back on quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration.
