An esteemed architectural practice in South West London is seeking a talented architect to lead a team on one of the most highly anticipated hotel schemes in the city. The Role: As the day-to-day lead on a major hotel project from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, you will be responsible for liaising with consultant and contractor teams and producing detailed information in Revit. Your expertise in technical detailing and coordination will ensure the project's success and seamless delivery.

Qualified architect with strong experience leading projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.

Proficiency in Revit and sound technical detailing experience.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience in hotel and hospitality projects is highly beneficial.

Strong coordination and site experience.
