to help keep our iconic spaces looking sharp and running smoothly. You'll lead the charge on renewals, re-letting, and smaller capital projects, while keeping our consultants in check. Plus, you’ll be the go-to guru for all things technical. Sound good? Let’s break it down. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Scope out renewal and reletting needs to keep our spaces fresh and ready for new tenants. Project manage works (big and small) with the help of our stellar consultants and cost managers. Oversee works on site – from procurement to hand-back – ensuring everything’s done on time, safely, and on budget. Collaborate like a pro with our Asset, Lettings, Facilities, and Property teams to boost performance and cut risk. Offer expert advice on all things technical – asset failures, compliance, alterations, you name it. Visit our sites, assess conditions, and create plans to get things up to scratch. Keep the reports flowing and our leadership team in the loop on progress. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Proven experience managing building maintenance and upgrade projects at scale. A degree in a relevant field and RICS/CIOB membership (or close to it). Solid knowledge of building regs, CDM, planning, and consents. Great communication skills – you’ll be working across teams and with tenants. IT savvy – you’re comfortable with Excel, Word, and MS Project. A full driving licence (you’ll need to get around). EXTRA POINTS FOR: Experience managing consultants and framework agreements. Commercial lettings know-how. A passion for heritage buildings. Client-side experience (like us!). Understanding railway safety (we’ve got lots of arches!). EQUALITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION At The Arch Company, we're on a mission to make our workplace as welcoming and inclusive as possible. We believe that our differences make us stronger, and we're committed to providing everyone with a fair chance at success, no matter where they come from or who they are. We take pride in celebrating what makes each of us unique. When you join our team, you're not just getting a job; you're becoming a part of our friendly and open-minded team, with an important role to play in creating a more inclusive and diverse future. The Arch Company is an equal opportunity employer, so if you're excited to be part of a company that champions diversity and inclusion, we invite you to explore our job opportunities.
