The role of Care Professional with Home Instead is far more than a job – it’s a vocation, a purpose and in many ways a blessing, and we’d love you to be able to experience it with us! Our client’s goal is simple: to live independently in the home that they love for as long as possible. Some are hoping for companionship, whilst others need a little help with their daily routine or are facing some of the challenges that later-life can bring, but all are looking to us to not only meet their needs, but to perhaps fulfil their wishes too. As the only home care provider in the southwest region rated as Outstanding in all five areas of inspection by the Care Quality Commission, you can rest assured that our expectations are exceptionally high. As a 5 Star Employer in Care, you will benefit from great rates of pay ranging from £11-£13 per hour, plus your additional costs covered*, a range of adaptable contracts including both full and part time roles, the opportunity to grow your skillset with fully funded qualifications and ongoing training, and the chance to be part of a talented, diverse, friendly, supportive and sociable team – in the heart of your local community. Contact our friendly Recruitment Team on 01395 200600. Many of our clients have lost the ability to drive and rely upon us with regard to transport and mobility so for this reason, applicants owning their own vehicle and holding a full UK driving licence are in particular demand.
