This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding their practice, working closely with senior partners to foster client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team. Key Responsibilities: Take a leading role in managing complex commercial disputes, offering a blend of formal legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, such as mediation and negotiation. Develop and nurture client relationships, collaborating with colleagues in various practice areas and industry sectors. Work with high-profile clients across a range of industries, including retail, transport, energy, finance, and more, handling complex legal issues with innovative solutions. Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing your expertise to help develop the next generation of legal talent. What They're Looking For: A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial disputes, ideally with experience across a broad range of industries and legal matters. A proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex legal issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for team collaboration and client service.
