Key Responsibilities: Take a leading role in managing complex commercial disputes, offering a blend of formal legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, such as mediation and negotiation. Develop and nurture client relationships, collaborating with colleagues in various practice areas and industry sectors. Work with high-profile clients across a range of industries, including retail, transport, energy, finance, and more, handling complex legal issues with innovative solutions. Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing your expertise to help develop the next generation of legal talent. What They're Looking For: A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial disputes, ideally with experience across a broad range of industries and legal matters.
