We are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Hire Fee Earner to our office in Greater Manchester. Our firm is a reputable, claimant Legal 500 which specialises in insurance and credit hire. Joining as a fee earner, you will be responsible for a litigated caseload of credit hire to RTA cases. Duties include: Handling a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases Fast to multi track cases valuing to £100,000 Responsible for a full litigated caseload Inception to settlement caseload of files Collecting evidence, drafting witness statements and court hearings Our firm has offices located across the UK and a national client basis as a part of your caseload. This is a progressive chance to diversify your claimant experience at a commercial law firm.
