Salary: £50K to £70K per annum (DOE) + Bonuses

This full-time, permanent, hybrid position is ideal for seasoned financial advisers ready to contribute to a high-standard advisory service, supporting both clients and internal teams through excellent service and regulated financial advice.
About the Role
Reporting to a Team Director, you will provide clients with a proactive, holistic financial planning service, ensuring that they receive accurate and personalised advice tailored to their objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Offering technical and investment advice on a range of wealth management needs
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Conveying information in a way that’s easy for clients to understand
Staying informed on current affairs that may impact clients
Clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of recommended products and services
Conducting research and data analysis for client planning and special projects
Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and legislation
Complying with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and compliance procedures
Handling client matters openly, honestly, and with integrity
Role Requirements
Successful applicants will:
Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Have at least 2 years of experience as a Financial Adviser
Possess a strong knowledge of pensions and wealth management solutions
Demonstrate the ability to research, analyse, and interpret complex financial information
Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Communicate complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally
