Our ideal General Manager will: Relish having the autonomy and space to really drive their pub - we're an independent operator, where driving not caretaking is our thing. Possess strong business acumen alongside a passion for elevating the guest experience. A proven revenue driver, you'll love developing your team to create and deliver memorable guest experiences. a further £8k a year. OTE £53k - £55k 45 Hour working Weeks is the norm Additional quarterly General Manager bonus plan of
