We specialize in providing property management services and assisting landlords and tenants with all matters related to letting properties. We are a fun company to work for and offer many career opportunities within The Experts Group. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Tenancy Manager. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing landlord/tenant matters, overseeing property management including property inspections, renewals, check outs, deposit disputes, and rent arrears. Qualifications Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management Knowledge of Lettings processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in relevant software (Alto) and tools an advantage Relevant certification or diploma in Real Estate or Property Management We will encourage and pay for your CELA qualification.
