Their caseload features significant matters involving global and governmental parties, from insolvency disputes to regulatory investigations. This 6–12 month maternity cover contract is ideal for a solicitor or barrister with a robust litigation background. Role Description This is a full-time on-site (preferred) role for an Experienced Litigator with offices located in central London. The role will involve all aspects of legal proceedings on several concurrent matters. The candidate will play a pivotal role within the defence team, providing critical project and case management on high stakes matters. Key Responsibilities Overseeing disclosure and document review processes. Drafting and reviewing correspondence, including responses to opposing parties, in collaboration with the legal team and barristers. Leading interactions with clients, ensuring smooth communication and project flow. Supervising paralegals and supporting the wider team in delivering excellence. What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor or Barrister. Commercial litigation experience is a must, ideally at High Court level. Super organised and responsive. Proven case management skills, including correspondence management, disclosure, and supervising support teams. A self-starter with strong analytical and drafting skills, capable of identifying issues and taking initiative. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Seniority level
