About the role: The service user has a great sense of humour, enjoys going for long walks, and has a keen interest in bowling and playing pool. The team will provide staff on a 2:1 24/7 basis. You will support out in the community, help with day-to-day tasks, and support within the home. About you: A successful candidate will have experience with mental health. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for others are essential. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the role itself. Pay starts from £12.00 per hour PAYE and £15.02 per hour Umbrella. Requirements for you as a Mental Health Support Worker: Experience with Mental Health is essential due to the complex package. Confident in working independently and being proactive. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills. Experience with mental health needs. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service. Shift Times for you as a Mental Health Support Worker: Monday - Sunday.
