Sirona Medical is recruiting for an
Experienced Occupational Therapist Reablement .
The Reablement team positively impacts individuals' lives following illness, injury, loss of confidence, or hospital admission. The service is led by Occupational Therapists, alongside Occupational Therapy Assistants and Support Workers. OTs work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote their well-being, and minimise long-term care needs. In this placement, you will conduct strengths-based assessments and work with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
We’re looking for a qualified OT with at least two years of post-qualification experience. Holding a valid full UK driver's license is required, as you'll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings, such as hospitals.
Successful Applicant will have: Professional Qualification in Occupational Therapy (Diploma or degree) Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist Evidenced experience of professional and personal development following achievement of professional qualification, likely to be a minimum of 2 years post-qualification Experience of working with adults
