EXPERIENCED PRACTICE NURSE REQUIRED TO WORK WITH MPA GROUP PRACTICES Working across three sites - Princes Park Medical Centre, Castle/Maidstone Road Surgery 39,000 patient list across seven sites in Medway and Swale SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - NHS Pension available FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS TO BE AGREED - MONDAY TO FRIDAY Job summary: We are a friendly and forward-thinking organisation in Medway and Swale, serving a diverse patient population. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, and we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment. MPA are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced practice nurse to join our friendly and dynamic nursing team. You will work across sites as demand requires for a busy GP Practice and play a vital part in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and well-being of our patients. You will be working closely with salaried GPs, practice nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, Physician Associates, Health Care Assistants, Podiatrists, Phlebotomists, and administration staff. We are friendly, approachable, and supportive of our staff and encourage our staff to reach their full potential. We are keen to increase our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing long-term conditions and working in general practice, including face-to-face and telephone/video consultations, as well as triaging minor illnesses. Essential skills include excellent computer and patient/people skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to be a key member of the clinical team influencing and developing the role. An understanding of the EMIS Web or similar clinical system is essential.
