On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Property Paralegal to join their Social Housing Team. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working available.
The Role:
You will be supporting the busy Social Housing Property team. Your role will include a broad range of matters including individual acquisitions and sales, plot sales, shared ownership transactions (including staircasing, assignments, and lease extensions), dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions, and general property transactions.
Skills and experience required:
You will be an experienced Property Paralegal with general property experience and knowledge of the conveyancing process, ideally running your own caseload.
You will need to be a team player, diligent, and an effective communicator ensuring that all clients have the information they need.
A positive attitude is essential.
