Mikes Waterfront Warehouse is dedicated to supporting watersports enthusiasts. Our main focus is on scuba-diving and snorkelling equipment, but we are currently diversifying into sailing and general watersports equipment. We provide excellent customer service and a range of products from world-leading brands, all while promoting and encouraging sustainability. Full Time:

40 hours per week (including weekends) Salary:

£35,000 + OTE up to £50,000 dependent on experience and ability to generate sales As a Store Manager, you will:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to adopt a customer-first approach. Perform core retail operational procedures including inventory management, stock audits, and banking. Present the store to a high standard, aligning with brand visual merchandising guidelines. Implement seasonal promotions and campaigns. Communicate with our People and Product Development team to provide development opportunities for your team. Analyse and improve store performance using KPIs and performance metrics. Recruit, train, and onboard new colleagues with support from our People Resourcing team. Create video content of new products as they arrive in store. Implement sales initiatives to grow the footfall and sales through the store. You’ll fit right in if you:

Have experience running a store, including budgeting, planning, operational activities, and visual merchandising. Have experience in one or more of our categories. Lead with a customer-first approach and enjoy helping customers find the perfect product for their adventure.
