Experienced RMN's (CPN - Community Psychiatric Nurse)
We are looking for a caring and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work in the community, supporting people with mental health needs to recover and live independently. You will assess patients, create tailored care plans, and provide therapy or crisis support when needed. Working closely with other professionals like doctors, social workers, and therapists, you'll ensure patients get the best care. You'll also help patients access community resources and promote independence. Minimum Requirements: To apply, you need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration and experience in mental health, ideally in community or crisis settings.
