As a Single Engine Flight Instructor, you will be delivering the highest quality VFR elementary flying training in our state-of-the-art Diamond DA40 aircraft and simulators, to both integrated and modular UKCAA and EASA licence seeking students. If you hold the correct qualifications, you could be ready to start teaching SEP IFR from the word go! Opportunities to advance to Single Engine IFR training and beyond to ME IR is available to all instructors at Leading Edge with a good performance record. PREREQUISITES MINIMUMS UK CAA FCL (EASA FCL or EASA FCL900 desirable). Class one medical from related authorities. SEP (Land) rating. CORE COMPETENCIES To have and maintain the highest personal and professional standards. Maintain your licence, ratings and medical in line with company requirements and applicable aviation authority regulations. Be able to work independently and on your own initiative when appropriate. Have good report writing and IT skills. ROLE BENEFITS Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum. Competitive uncapped bonus scheme, subject to realistic and achievable targets.
