Our client in County Durham are looking to add to their growing team of 18 vets.

This is a progressive practice that spends time with clients to offer a full service in a caring and professional environment. The team offer high standards of patient care, there is always plenty to learn within this friendly team who work well together. They have three sites in the area and operate a night team in their hospital site, so no OOH's are required.

They have modern equipment including ultrasonography, digital x-ray including dental, video endoscopy, laparoscopic and orthopedic kit, in-house lab and much more!

This is a full-time role with 1 in 6 weekends giving you the perfect work/life balance in this beautiful part of the country. This team has certificate holders in both surgery and medicine and also someone studying in imaging. CPD is very much encouraged. This team could also offer support for someone who maybe wanted mentorship in these areas to develop their own disciplines; however, they would also welcome new specialisms too. The practice has a high proportion of insured clients, so plenty of opportunity to work through more complicated cases with full freedom.

County Durham is within easy reach of the North East coast, Yorkshire Dales, and Yorkshire Moors. With good train links, London, Manchester, and other cities are only a short journey away. The practice is perfectly situated if you enjoy the quiet country life, but like to have the city within easy reach for trips away.
