Experienced Solicitor Job Description: We are a well-established and vibrant law firm looking to expand our team. We are hiring an experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 6 Years PQE. We will consider all areas of law, but we are not looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor at this stage. This is a permanent, office-based role from our Blackburn Offices. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated files across various practice areas, excluding Personal Injury. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients. Handle a variety of cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Demonstrate proficiency in using various systems, including the MOJ and Proclaim system. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the firm's objectives and maintain high standards of service. Key Requirements: Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Solicitor. Proficiency in multiple areas of law; experience in Islamic real estate finance is desirable. Familiarity with the MOJ and Proclaim system. Ability to potentially open and develop a department in currently non-practiced areas. Strong potential and willingness to grow with the firm. Ability to be part of a close-knit and diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
