PMW Dynamics are actively recruiting for an experienced Internal Technical Sales Manager. As Internal Technical Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the internal sales function within the business including: Proactively searching for appropriate new target customers. Answering all incoming sales enquiries from web, trade shows, phone, etc. Maintaining accurate records and action lists in CRM. Advising customers & prospects regarding selection of PMW Dynamics products & services. Liaising with our external sales team and international distributor network. Supporting optimal product selection; liaising between customers and our in-house engineering specialists. Preparing quotations for products and engineering services. Progressing enquiries through the complete sales life-cycle to customer purchase order placement. Achieving both individual & group sales targets. Liaising with other in-house functional groups including engineering, operations, manufacturing & purchasing. Appraising customers of open order status. Liaison with HM Gov. when export licenses are required. Attending trade shows and exhibitions as required. Background:
You will have recent technical/engineering sales experience ideally from an electric motor perspective. You will thrive working in a small team and driving the business forward from your own initiatives. You must have excellent communication skills and be experienced at selling via the phone. Other qualities include: Good working knowledge of MRP & ERP systems; preferably Insight123. Experience with CRM systems; preferably Zoho CRM. Good understanding of the basic operation of electric motors. Technical sales experience. Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint. At a glance: Hybrid working.
