Synchronised Solution is recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon to work in a very well-equipped clinic in Chester-Le-Street, County Durham. There is a great team of Vets, Nurses, and Receptionists offering an exceptional service to a strong client base. The practice offers a full range of veterinary services and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, physiotherapy laser, and in-house hematology and biochemistry machines as well as access to CT Imaging, Endoscopy, and MRI. The practice also offers dedicated wards, a large waiting room, and a euthanasia room. The candidate should have at least 3 years of small animal practice experience. You should be able to work in a busy environment and take sole charge when required. There are excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate, with career development and specialism actively encouraged. You must have a strong client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically, and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. The successful candidate will work 4 days, 39 hours a week. The shift pattern includes 1 in 6 weekends. Salary and Benefits:
This is a 4-day week role and you will have to work 1 in 6 weekends. There is a very competitive package on offer, up to £55,000 per year including a permanent yearly accommodation allowance. A car is also provided or an allowance, as well as generous CPD with 3 days paid CPD leave and an in-house training allowance. VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees are paid.
