Experiential Activations . This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of Socio Group’s expansion into the experiential and activation space. As our
Experiential & Activation Lead , you will fuse strategy and creativity to bring exceptional activations to life, particularly within
retail environments
and
travel/airside locations
(e.g., World Duty Free). This role will involve everything from concept ideation to flawless execution, leveraging Socio Group’s network and staffing expertise to deliver innovative campaigns that captivate audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES: Creative Campaign Development : Ideate and pitch experiential activations, immersive pop-ups, and live brand experiences. Create tailored campaigns designed for retail and airside environments (luxury sampling, beauty activations, etc.). Business Development & Client Partnerships : Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in retail, luxury, and travel sectors. Proactively identify opportunities to integrate staffing with experiential activations. Pitch and win projects that deliver standout results for brands. Execution & Delivery : Oversee the full activation lifecycle: strategy, staffing, logistics, and on-site management. Manage budgets and ensure projects deliver on KPIs and ROI for clients. Talent Management : Source and train event talent, brand ambassadors, and on-site managers. Ensure the right teams are placed to bring experiences to life. Market Insights : Keep abreast of trends in experiential marketing, live events, and customer engagement. Deliver fresh, innovative ideas that set Socio Group apart. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in
experiential marketing
or
activation delivery
within retail, events, or airside sectors. Background at agencies who are experiential leaders is highly valued. Strong creative and strategic mindset with a focus on execution and ROI. Track record of managing projects end-to-end, including staffing and client relationships. Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
