Formula One Management Ltd is seeking a Manager of Experiential Licensing to support F1’s portfolio of experiential licensees. The role involves leading the creative development and approvals of F1’s experiential projects, closely supporting existing concepts, and the development of new products. The candidate has strong hands-on creative skills with a diverse portfolio of live events and location-based experiences. They have established relationships within the sector and understand how to manage creative processes and deliver projects. They are proficient in asset development, converting creative visions into built experiences, and seamlessly collaborating with multiple stakeholders. At F1, entrepreneurial skills are critical and required to deliver against the growth in this sector. Main Duties and Responsibilities Oversee development and delivery of the new F1 experiential projects worldwide. Create and maintain innovative, revenue-generating branded experiences that drive brand awareness and expand the fan base. Work with partners to conceptualize, design, and deliver licensed experiences and activations that engage audiences and generate revenue. Lead creative development to ensure all experiences align with F1's brand, market demands, and guest expectations. In collaboration with the Brand team, produce and maintain an F1 Location-Based Experiences Brand Guide to align with and expand F1’s vision. Oversee brand compliance and performance of F1-branded experiences and activations, supporting partners throughout their contract term. Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and partners across the business. Manage key relationships with licensed partners. Support the activities and needs of the themed entertainment team and the broader company. About You Bachelor's Degree. Fine Arts, Creative Design, or Theatre Arts desirable extensive experience in creative development and management in licensing / sports rights holder and / or live experiences space Proven track record of delivering against creative vision for the built experience Strong project management skills Good understanding of licensing business models Experience working with global IP in real world, built environments Proficient in narrative story writing, sketching, rendering, and technical drawing. An excellent relationship builder that creates win-win partnerships Commercial mindset, strategic and detail-orientated in project execution Ability to create and present concepts concisely and precisely through visual presentations At ease working with internal teams and stakeholders Creative and business-minded Ability to prioritize and handle numerous projects simultaneously An understanding of Formula 1 will be an advantage, though not essential. Team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally Resourceful with a focus on detail Collaborative and personable Open to learning from others Flexible for travel Ability to handle high pressure situations with poise, confidence, and humour.
