Expert Property Manager

As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include: Provide a designated group of clients with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits, and lettings accounts. Deal with enquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently and in line with agreed service standards. Follow the procedures/process maps ensuring key time scales are met. Investigate/resolve queries and problems. Advise/recommend a course of action on property issues. Liaise with third-party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken. Develop and build strong relationships with key Clients and treat them as individuals. Liaise/negotiate between Landlords and Tenants. Ensure that all relevant people are kept informed and up to date with progress, particularly in relation to client issues/complaints. Manage expectations and ensure you follow up all queries. Take appropriate action to pre-empt complaints. Investigate and resolve complaints. Promote additional services and meet third-party referral targets. Develop and apply an understanding of legal requirements. Minimum Requirements: Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience. Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements. Motivated and enthusiastic. Display high standards of service and presentation. Good organisational skills. Hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for Business Use.
