Position Summary Working as an export administrator, you will be working within the Despatch Department and reporting to the Despatch Manager. You will produce and check invoices and export documentation, complete shipping documentation, maintain regular customer liaison throughout the shipping process, coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners, run various reports, and manage large volumes of information via spreadsheets and reports. Responsibilities Verify and maintain records for outgoing shipments. Create shipping documentation, including packing lists, invoices, and address labels for all outbound shipments. Ensure all export transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Respond effectively to enquiries and requests for assistance in export. Ensure customer portal processes are completed. Coordinate outbound freight with carriers and customer freight forwards. Confirm delivery completion in the business system. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Undertake export checks for licensing approvals and customs requirements, ensuring correct valuation, commodity codes, CPC delivery, and payment terms are used and accurately declared. Ensure accurate recordkeeping requirements are met in accordance with all export regulatory requirements. Qualifications Two years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent internal and external customer service skills. Outstanding attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in changing situations. Able to solve typical problems by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion. Presentation and training skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, web browsers, and database management tools. Knowledge of SAP/GTS.
