We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Export Order Processor to join a rapidly growing, innovative FMCG company known for its premium beverage products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a dynamic startup environment with a collaborative, remote-first culture.


In this role, you will be the key contact for export order processing, working closely with clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless order experience. You will take ownership of the order lifecycle, manage stock transfers, and handle international shipping compliance, all while contributing to continuous process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export order processing via NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate stock transfers across multiple external sites and update internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements and prepare legal documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of order activity, updating spreadsheets and tracking stock levels.
  • Identify potential issues such as shortages and collaborate with the Supply Planning Team for resolution.
  • Liaise closely with the Finance Team to ensure daily invoicing is accurate, managing credits and refunds as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in order processing, ideally in an export or international trade setting.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and shipping documentation.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritising tasks effectively.
