Export Coordinator
Do you have Export freight forwarding experience? Confident managing shipments from start to finish and ensuring maximum profitability whilst delivering excellent customer service?
The Role:
Working in partnership with SDW Recruitment, their client is looking for an experienced forwarder who is confident dealing with carriers & suppliers, negotiating rates, compiling quotations and invoices. You will deal with export entries; ensure all export records are complete and correct prior to processing on our customs software and seek to rectify any identified errors with the relevant client. General forwarding and administration duties through in-house software i.e., invoicing & quotations. Assist with HMRC and client audits as well.
The successful candidate will consult with shipping lines, third parties and other forwarders alongside managing key accounts plus other duties and responsibilities when required.
Essential Criteria:
Previous export / multi modal forwarding experience. Familiar with shipping documentation. Customs clearance experience. Good customer service skills. Good IT knowledge.
